All of a sudden my iPhone is ignoring the 22GB of media residing on it. When the iPod app is started I’m greeted with a message saying “No Content – You can download music from iTunes”.

Unfortunately this wasn’t remedied by the ever necessary power cycle, so I may need to make a trip to talk to those Geniuses at the Apple store.

    Did you ever figure out what went wrong? I’m having the same issue from time to time. Syncing with iTunes solves the problem either immediately or after a couple of times. I haven’t got a clue what’s going on… :-S
